<li>Place the bowl in your hand do not hold the bowl, play the bowl with mallet</li>
<li>Hold the mallet the like a baton</li>
<li>Strick the bowl slowly with little pressure for pleasant sound</li>

<li>Hold the sticker in the other hand like a pencil</li>
<li>Gently rub the bowl in the rims of the bowl making circular motion</li>
<li>Rotate the mallet 4-5 times to produce long and consistence sound.</li>

<li>Fill half portion of the singing bowl with water.</li>
<li>Play the singing bowl with mallet or striker according to the sound preference.</li>
<li>The water bowl technique change makes the sound deeper.</li>

Akshobhaya originates from the blue syllable Hum. He represents the primordal cosmic element of Vijnana (consciosness). When represented in the stupa, he always faces the east. Therefore, he cannot be represented outside the stupa, but exception to this rule is frequently met within the important stupa of Nepal where he is assigned a place between Akshobhya in east and Ratna Sambhav in the south.</p>
<p>Vairochana represents the cosmic element of Rupa (form). When represented, he is white in color, and his two hands are held against the chest with the tips of the thumbs and forefingers of each hand united. His female is Vajradhatviswari. He is in preaching attitude.</p>
