Hold the mallet the like a baton
Strick the bowl slowly with little pressure for pleasant sound

Rimming

Place the bowl in the hand use sticker
Hold the sticker in the other hand like a pencil
Gently rub the bowl in the rims of the bowl making circular motion
Rotate the mallet 4-5 times to produce long and consistence sound.

Water bowl sound

Fill half portion of the singing bowl with water.
Play the singing bowl with mallet or striker according to the sound preference.
The water bowl technique change makes the sound deeper.

Akshobhya

Akshobhaya is next importance among the Dhyani Buddhas. He is regarded as the second Dhayani Buddha by the Nepalese Buddhists. Akshobhaya originates from the blue syllable Hum. He is two armed one faced and exhibits the Bhusparsa (earth touching) mudra which means calling the earth for withness, and sits in the Vajraparyanka pose. He represents the primordal cosmic element of Vijnana (consciosness). When represented in the stupa, he always faces the east. His left hand rest on the lap, while the right rest on the right knee with the tip of the middle fingers touching the ground with palm drawn inwardly.

Vairochana is regarded as first Dhayani Buddha by Nepalese Buddhist. His place is in the sanctum of the stupa where he is the master of whole temple and its contents. Therefore, he cannot be represented outside the stupa, but exception to this rule is frequently met within the important stupa of Nepal where he is assigned a place between Akshobhya in east and Ratna Sambhav in the south.

Vairochana represents the cosmic element of Rupa (form). When represented, he is white in color, and his two hands are held against the chest with the tips of the thumbs and forefingers of each hand united. His female is Vajradhatviswari. He is in preaching attitude.

Vajrapani with the vajra symbol is the spiritual son of the Dhyani Buddha Akshobhaya who is the progenitor of the Vajra family. His spiritual mother is Mamaki. Vajrapani is also known as god of rain. It is said that when the Nagas (serpent) appeared before Buddha to listen to his teachings. Vajrapani was charged by Tathagata to guard them from the attacks of their mortal enemies, the Garudas.
